Our Team

Jelena Melentijević is an attorney-at-law based in Novi Sad and a member of the Joint Law Office Anđelković. She began her professional career with the firm in 2023 as a trainee attorney, where, through daily work on complex legal matters, she gained significant practical experience across various areas of law. After successfully passing the Bar Exam and being admitted to the Register of Attorneys of the Bar Association of Vojvodina, she continued her practice with the firm as an attorney-at-law.

Throughout her career to date, Jelena has focused primarily on civil law, with particular emphasis on contract law, compensation for damages, and the representation of clients in both judicial and out-of-court proceedings.

Jelena has substantial experience in the field of immigration law, providing legal support to foreign nationals and international companies.

In her daily practice, she is involved in drafting legal opinions, contracts, and corporate documentation, as well as handling complex proceedings before courts and other governmental authorities.

She obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Novi Sad. During her studies, she actively participated in professional programs and internships, through which she gained valuable insight into the work of judicial institutions and developed a strong interest in the legal profession.

In addition to Serbian as her native language, she is fluent in English.
